What You'll Do

Verify New Members
Verify new members in person when they arrive at an event — a quick, friendly face-to-face is all it takes.
Host & Welcome at Events
Welcome members at events, explain how things work, and set a warm, safe tone for everyone.
Manage Event Check-ins
Use our QR code system to check attendees in at events quickly and smoothly.
Facilitate Connections
Help mutual matches connect after events. Review connection requests and mediate introductions.
Guide Member Journeys
Support members through interactive experiences, challenges, and seasonal campaigns.
Ongoing Member Support
Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure every member feels welcome and supported.
Who We're Looking For
- Empathetic and non-judgmental — you enjoy helping people
- Multilingual — comfortable in at least 2 of EN, DE, FR
- Reliable — you follow through on commitments
- Connected to Luxembourg — you live in or know the community
- 2-4 hours per week
- Fully remote (events are optional)
- Volunteer role with perks
- Full onboarding and training provided
